Your listing goes live on REA and Domain. Buyers contact you directly through your Pocktt portal.

The evidence doesn’t support it. Multiple Australian studies have found privately sold homes achieve comparable prices to agent-listed homes in the same suburb and price bracket. The reason makes sense when you think about it: in 2026, buyers find homes on realestate.com.au and Domain. That’s it. That’s where your buyer is. Pocktt lists on both.

What an agent actually negotiates — in most cases — is their commission.
