You provide the licence access. We handle everything else. You earn a fee for every listing published — no open homes, no vendor management, no weekends.
How it works

We send you listing data
When a Pocktt seller is ready to go live, we send you a complete listing package — photos, copy, price, property details. Everything formatted for REA and Domain.
You publish under your licence
You upload the listing to REA and Domain under your agency account. Takes about 10 minutes per listing. No open homes. No buyer calls. No negotiating. Just publish.
You earn per listing
We pay you a fixed fee for every listing published. As Pocktt scales, so does your passive income — for work that takes 10 minutes per listing.

Common questions
What agents ask before they apply.
Do I need to attend open homes?
No. Your only role is publishing the listing to REA and Domain. All buyer enquiries, inspections, negotiations and settlement support are handled by Pocktt and the seller.
Am I liable for the listing content?
The listing is prepared by Pocktt and approved by the seller before it reaches you. You publish it under your licence as a conduit, which is standard practice for portal publishing. The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of the property details.
What's the minimum commitment?
None. You can pause or stop at any time. We do ask that you have capacity for roughly 10–30 listings a month so the arrangement is worth both our time, but there's no lock-in contract or penalty for slowing down.
What if a listing needs changes after it's live?
Pocktt handles all amendments. If a price changes or a photo needs swapping, we send you the updated details and you make the quick edit on the portal. No back-and-forth with the seller.
How and when do I get paid?
We invoice Pocktt monthly for every listing you published that month. Most partners are paid within 7 days of invoice receipt.
